Enthusiasm means having intense happiness. With intense happiness it changes the mood of your day. If you are feeling sad then it would be a moody day. Get yourself a friend that in enthusiastic therefore, your days will be lightened up by that person. And if you have an enthusiastic friend then you're going to feel motivated all day. For example you lost a friend and one of your other friends are enthusiastic you should invite them to your house and they would know how cheer you up. Or just follow the example that tigger uses when motivating people. And maybe you should be enthusiastic.
