"It's not about how to achieve your dreams. It's about how to lead your life. The RIGHT WAY, the karma (good results, destiny, fortune, good luck) will take care of itself. The dream will come to you." 

This means that as long as you don't do bad things nothing bad will happen to you. But, if you do bad things then you will have bad things coming your way. If someone is asking you for help and you say you don't need my help then you are already doing something bad. Another one is if you start making fun of someone and you do not receive any consequences then you don't know what is coming your way. And if you do nice things then you will receive nice things in return. One example is if they don't even ask for help and they need help and you help them you will get nice things in return. And you won't get bad luck you will get good luck instead. Until you do something bad it is when you will get karma come to you.
