This statement is pretty easy to understand because it tells us how to live life in a peaceful way. First off by having the courage to say no. For example when someone offers your a cigarette say no. Secondly, always tell the truth no matter what. Suffer the consequences and think again before doing something bad. For example if you do something bad you won't think about the future and you won't think twice but then when you get caught then you will have to go though the consequences. And last but not least do the right thing because it is the right thing to do.
